Journey in a tramway car
Yellow face,
lacking H.B.,
bobbed hair to make herself up-to-date,
carrying a big book ,to pretend to study
to divert own tension of joint family.
I saw her --
standing near the ladies seat of tramway car and
suddenly fell down unconciously.
myself and the lady sitting with me got up from seat
to make her seated.
We closed her nostrils,rubbed her hand-palms,
but no water's there to sprinkle on her face.
After a pause------------
she opened her deep eyes and
put her hand on the forhead to support her head
being a journalist's mind
I enquired of her--
She does not want to go back to her home.
For it is PAY -DAY.
Only six months ago, she got married,
living with mother-in-law and her two brother-in-laws
excluding her hubby.
She was preparing for a Secretary's examination
Recently she joined this new office
British Book Trust
Her hubby is in Income Tax Office.
She got down from tramway car
after giving me her Telephone number,
For I wish to know
about safe arrival of her in the office.

Story of an Indian movie-Guide
My favorite Indian movie
I have seen many movies, but my favorite movie is Guide, which is based on a novel written by Shri R.K.Narayan, a famous Indian author. This movie is starring by Dev Anand and Waheeda Rehman etc. The story begins with Devanand as Raju, who is a tourist guide. He lives with his old mother and he is only bread-winner of his small family. He has a friend named Khaffar. Both of them are indulged in same profession.
Wahid Rehman, is a wife of rich man Morocco, who never cares for his wife at all and having a thirst for old caves. The couple meets Raju and Morocco spends all day and night in caves. Soon he gets some old stone-aged statues from those caves. Waheeda spends many days alone at home. Raju feels sympathy for Waheeda. Waheeda has a passion of dancing. Both Raju and Waheeda came closer. On the other hand, morocco also involved in extra-martial affair. Both Morocco and Waheeda divorced each other.
Raju accepts Waheeda as his wife and start living together. Khaffer and his mother don’t like their relationship and left them. Raju wants to make Waheeda a famous dancer by his all means. But as Waheeda reaches the peak of popularity and fame, she starts ignoring Raju. One day, Morocco comes to meet Waheeda, the famous dancer Nandini and sign some documents in her absence. Raju does n’t want Morocco to meet Nandini as he is very much possessive for their relationship. He himself signs the agreement and takes the jewellary from Morocco, but unfortunately someone informs Police and catches Raju for doing duplicate sign of Nandini. But Nandini can’t rescue Raju at this stage and abuses him.
Raju spends 5-7 years in jail. He remains in depression and instead of returning home, he reaches some village far from his home. He is thirst, hungry and tired and reaches temple. There he stays for some days and for his livelihood starts preaching villagers as a priest. Everyone in village calls him “Guruji” and obeys his orders.
One day, drought comes in the village and villagers ask Guruji for their rescue. They believe if Guruji starves and does not eat and drink anything, God will surely bring rain and drought will be ended. Guruji has no option remaining. As days pass, Guruji popularity increases. From far cities even, people come to see that pious man. Raju’s mother and Waheeda too come to see Guruji and surprises to find that he is none other than Raju. Wahid asks for forgiveness from Raju. But now it was too late and Guruji dies at the end and brings rain to villagers.
The end was tragic and having a moral too. After so many failures in life, Raju become succeed in the end. His wife also never understands his feelings and her selfish love come to end just because of some money. It shows selfish love never succeed. I like this movie very much because of his remarkable story, best performance of its stars, good songs and music.
God- God is everywhere. We believe it is limited to temple, church, mosque or Gurudwara but God is in everyone’s heart. In other words, we can say, he is in our conscious. When we do some wrong thing he stops us to do that thing. In my opinion, our hard work, devotion and sincerity to our work is, the way to worship him.
